Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

After approval of your comment, your profile picture may be visible to the public in the context of your comment.


Media

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely to allow automatic approval of follow-up comments.

For users who register on our website (if applicable), we store the personal information provided in their profile. Users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their username). Website administrators can also access and edit that information.

Booking and transaction records may be retained as required by Japanese tax and commercial law.
